1978 Johnson 70 HP
Engine want get over 18 to 2200 rpm. I clean all three carb. I did fine one high speed jet dirty. Every thing else was fine.
Do you think I may have a fuel delivery problem. Compression check is good and spark are very good. Could it be a powerpack issue.
