'77 55hp Evinrude stalls suddenly...

Hi all..

I have a problem with keeping this thing running....It starts fine cold, runs pretty well for about 5 to 15 min under load, then stalls as if you turned off the key. With a timing light on #1 cyl, no spark while cranking for a little while... After an hour or so, it starts and repeats the same process over... Just yesterday, it did buck once just before stalling (hard miss, not like a fuel problem).
I have:
Rebuilt carbs..(kits / removed/cleaned all jets)
Replaced:
Fuel Pump / Filter / ALL lines / bulb
Fuel Tanks
Power Pack
Coils
Rectifier
Ignition Switch

I have the manual, but as I've only works on automotive engines...I'm lost on where to really go from here. I have convinced myself that it is a spark issue...it just stalls too quickly...

If anyone has any ideas... it would be greatly appreciated...

Hoping I may have gotten a bad power pack from the dealer.... New one coming in next week, I'll try that and post back...
