Boating Safety Class Offered HOLTWOOD -- The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission will offer a one-day boating safety class from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February 16, at PPL's Holtwood Environmental Center. via SolancoNews.com
