Man drowned, another feared dead when Elephant Butte boat capsizes

"This is an unfortunate reminder that everyone should wear a lifejacket, be careful and take precautions when heading out on the water."
A search for a man who is feared drowned after a small boat capsized on Elephant Butte Lake was suspended Sunday due to high winds. via Las Cruces Sun-News
